All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is confirmed and shipped.

Size & Order Confirmation

Customers are requested to carefully check:

• Delivery information

before placing the order. FBL will not be responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Product

In rare cases, if you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• A wrong item

you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof. After verification, we will provide a replacement.
